We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to online appointment bookings.

 

1. Appointment Cancellation

 

Cancellation by Patient:

 

    • Up to 24 hours before the appointment: You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time and receive a full refund.
    • Less than 24 hours before the appointment: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not be eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies)

 

  • Cancellation by Braceport Dentistry:

 

    • If Braceport Dentistry cancels your appointment for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

 

2. Rescheduling Appointments

 

  • Rescheduling by Patient:
    • You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation policy.

 

  • Rescheduling by Braceport Dentistry:
    • If Braceport Dentistry needs to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to provide you with a new appointment time that is convenient for you. No rescheduling fee will be charged.

 

3. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

 

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
